Sudden Valley STRONG is a group comprised of dues-paying members/neighbors of the Sudden Valley Community Association (SVCA – a Homeowners Association located in Bellingham, Washington) who share and have united over a prevailing concern – the current state of our volunteer leadership, their actions, and the future of our shared assets.
