The Community Cupboard was a food and household supply pantry fueled by community donations and open to anyone in need within Sudden Valley. In addition to the robust food pantry, they provided full Thanksgiving Meals to community members without the means to provide a meal for their families.
Toward the end of 2021, the Community Cupboard came under the control of Association staff and subsequently was disbanded. Board Members have referred to the venture as a “liability” to the community.
